Mill Creek Falls

We were trekking up the side of the hill. Just minding our own business. The path was steep, slippery and fun. As I pulled myself up onto a flat spot, a bee rested on my leg. Now, when I say rested, it was more attacked. So I brushed it off exclaiming, "I do not want to get stung by a bee!" I thought that was the end of it. But come to find out, we had disturbed their nest. Underground and hidden away, who could have known it was there. My handsome boyfriend screamed as I was about halfway up. A yellow jacket had shot out of its nest at the speed of light, only to hit him square in the neck. It was as if the other bees had made a sling shot and catapulted it out in fury. Needless to say, we all got stung. I on my leg, JJ on his neck as well as Todd. Yumi and Todd are a couple that we spend time with. They are so special to me and JJ. And, as you will see in the pictures, very cute together. They are expecting a baby! Yumi found out she was pregnant a few weeks ago. Anyways, we had a lot of fun on this hike. Despite a few bee stings.
Here is our adventure at Mill Creek Falls on October 20th.

Matthew 6:26

It rained last night. I noticed as soon as I came downstairs, the ground was wet. So, being a photographer...I photographed. In a camera I captured Gods wonderful rain. I hope you enjoy as much as I did. Oh...This is my dog Juno. The title has nothing to do with rain or what these photographs are of. I just love the verse.
